A miracle baby was born while her mother was “technically” dead.
The mother Erica Nigrelli was teaching a class and was in the late stages of pregnancy when she passed out and her heart ceased beating. Her husband who also works at the school called 911.
By the time they reached the hospital, doctors did an emergency C section which thankfully saved the baby!
The doctors said “technically, it was a postmortem delivery since the mother’s heart was not beating and there was no sign of a pulse.”
But after the baby was saved, the doctors went to work on the mother and got her heart beating again!
Which is amazing!!! We’re so happy the baby will be able to grow up with her daddy AND mommy!
