Somewhere in New York, Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert are calling emergency meetings with their writing staffs. It’ll be a war to see who comes up with the best joke to mock this, well, JOKE!
CNN has just announced that a new roundtable show will go up in the fall, co-hosted by none other than the former governor of New York, Eliot Spitzer.
The political lover of payable poon will be pitted against conservative columnist Kathleen Parker in this new point-counterpoint show that is sure to bring the kind of ratings CNN was once used to, but has had to do without for the last few years. The network describes the show as a “spirited, nightly roundtable discussion program” that will be focused on the biggest stories of the day.
We’ll stick to watching Sexy Sarah make a fool out of herself over on Fox News, thanks!
