We appreciate how body positive — and booty positive — Coco has always been. Butt does she seriously think she’s the first?
Mrs. Ice-T wrote a post on Instagram Sunday seemingly taking credit for getting the ball rolling on acceptance of curvy women long before Kim Kardashian or Nicki Minaj, back “during the Kate Moss days.”

She mentions Jennifer Lopez and Anna Nicole Smith as contemporaries doing the same but is definitely claiming to be one of the first.
Naturally, many commenters, especially women of color, responded negatively, writing:
– Your married to a black man you should know better than to post some crap like this. Don’t try to erase 100 years of the black culture or beauty.
– Hm… For thick white (non latinx) women, maybe.
– Beloved you could never pave the way for thicker women LMAOOOOO YOU REACHED REAL BAD
