Cokate Helps Pass New Paparazzi Law

Exactly 13 years after the death of Princess Diana, California passed a new law that will fine hounding paparazzi $5,000 or up to a year in jail for breaking traffic laws or interfering with the operation of a celeb’s car.
Surprisingly, Kate Moss played a big part in getting the law green lighted.
The California government was shown video footage from 2008 when the supermodel and her then 5 year old daughter Lila Grace arrived at LAX and were swarmed with flashbulbs.
