Collin Gosselin is sharing a message to his younger self.
The former Jon & Kate Plus 8 star took to Instagram on Wednesday to share a black-and-white throwback photo of himself as a kid wearing a laser tag vest. In the caption, he reflected:
“Dear little me, You won’t always carry this alone. One day, you’ll turn your pain into purpose, your silence into a voice, and your story into hope for other children. You will be the reason someone else speaks up. I’m so proud of you.”

Collin has been through so much. As he prepares to share his story with the world via his upcoming memoir, In the Shadow of Eight: Surviving the Reality of My Childhood, it can not be easy reflecting on the past, battling with his estranged mother Kate online, and facing the public’s opinion. But it’s so nice to hear he’s proud of himself for all he’s done!
