Remember the bar fight that sparked the beginning of all of Columbus Short‘s legal troubles??
Well…the victim he allegedly beat up has had it with the former Scandal star, after he was supposed to get a lofty out-of-court settlement from the actor.
The victim’s lawyer said that Harrison Columbus offered to pay up, but pulled the plug on the cash since he was just fired from the hit ABC drama!
The injured man is apparently asking for several hundred thousand dollars to cover medical expenses, corrective surgery, pain and suffering.
No word from Columbus’ legal team just yet, but the lawsuit is set to be inked by the week’s end.
Sorry dude, Olivia Pope is not handling this one…
