Comcast Apologizes For Calling A Customer An A-Hole In The Bill They Sent!

Comcast Apologizes For Calling A Customer An A-Hole In The Bill They Sent!

no title
Talk about rude!!!
A couple from Spokane, Washington recently had a fight with a Comcast rep over their bill.
When they finally did receive a new bill in the mail, Ricardo and Lisa Brown were shocked to discover that Ricardo’s name had been changed to “Asshole Brown” — and the couple was VERY upset with the company!
The worst part of the whole ordeal however was when Comcast offered resistance to the couple after they tried to get the curse word removed from any future billings — seriously!
That’s when they contacted Christopher Elliott who wrote about the situation on his website and has talked about it in the media since. Here’s what he recently said:

“You know employees talk about customers behind their back and say things like this. But I’ve never seen anyone put something like this in writing. This falls into the category of ‘What were they thinking?'”

Well, we guess that got Comcast’s attention because one rep that manages the Washington region responded in a statement that said:

“We have spoken with our customer and apologized for this completely unacceptable and inappropriate name change. We have zero tolerance for this type of disrespectful behavior and are conducting a thorough investigation to determine what happened. We are working with our customer to make this right and will take appropriate steps to prevent this from happening again.”

We certainly hope something like this does never happen again!
Although this isn’t the first time that Comcast has been known to be extremely rude to their customers.

Who wants to pay a ton of money to a company and get harassed by that very same company?? NOBODY.
We know we sure wouldn’t want to deal with that!
