These creations were part of the Kira Plastinina Spring/Summer 2009 fashion collection, presented in Milan, Italy on Saturday.
The shoes are definitely not for cankle-plagued celebs, so we guess Mischa Barton is out.
They totally scream Victoria Beckham or Katy Perry!
