On Thursday night Conan O’Brien made an apology to Levi Johnston after reading off fabricated tweets in a skit the night before.
According to his rep (yes, he has one) the soon to be nekked father was upset by the skit, saying:
├óΓé¼┼ôLevi has never ever possessed a Twitter account. He feels violated. He feels awful, but that’s the nature of the beast. You’ve got to expect this stuff and take the good with the bad. He doesn’t mind some of it but he has a real problem with someone being an outright liar. I can’t believe these people at the Tonight Show reporting this stuff without verifying their sources. They even had some actor to recite that crap on TV. They don’t understand the legality of it. I’m going to see what they say on the show tonight and then we’re going to decide what to do about it.”
There’s something wrong when a future Playgirl playmate gets offended.
