Conde Nast May Move Downtown

Could Conde Nast be saying goodbye to it’s home at 4 Times Square?

Maybe!

According to the New York Times, the publishing giant is looking to make 1 World Trade Center their new home once it’s completed.

As of right now, Conde Nast takes up over 800,000 square feet in the Times Square building. They’re also spread out across the Big Apple in 5 other buildings as well.

If they make the move to downtown they could very well invade over 1 MILLION square feet of real estate.

Wowsa! That’s a lot of space!

Conde Nast would neither confirm or deny the reports, but they have been looking for a new home since 2007. Guess we’ll just have to wait an find out!
