We previously told you the story of Andrew and Garrett Stancombe, conjoined twins that their parents chose not to separate from each other.
Well, we’re very sad to report that the two-month-old boys passed away on Tuesday. The duo shared a heart and liver with each other.
Parents Michelle Van Horne and Kody Stancombe held a funeral for their sons on Thursday, in Indiana, Pennsylvania.
Our thoughts are with the parents and their 22-month-old son as they deal with this tragic time.
