Blocking! Kyle Chandler! No Friday Night Lights movie penalty! First down!
In an interview on Watch What Happens: Live, Connie Britton tackled us hard with some unnecessary roughness saying that Kyle doesn’t want to hit the gridiron again for another FNL movie (FML!):
“There’s been a lot of talk about a lot of things. Some people are really excited about it and some people aren’t…I love the idea. I think it would be a great idea but my former husband Coach Eric Taylor (Kyle Chandler)…”
At that point, Andy Cohen interjected saying that he perhaps didn’t want to do it because it had already been made into a film, and Connie agreed that that was his concern.
Ugh this news gives us such a false start to the day!
We thought this project could go all the way, but alas, who knows if it will get made now!
What’s Friday Night Lights without Coach T?! Well, we hope this interference is passing and that he changes his mind!
