Cory Monteith got to celebrate his 31st birthday OUT of rehab on Saturday, with sexy girlfriend and Glee co-star Lea Michele by his side!
The happy couple shimmied down in a private WeHo club — Lea donning a strapless gray bustier and black pencil skirt (so very sexy secretary) and Cory styled in a classic black suit.
Lea made sure the Twitterverse knew of his birthday, as she lovingly tweeted:

The starlit night came after their Mexican beach getaway, so it sounds to us like these two are going stronger than ever!
