This was definitely one loss we didn’t see coming.
And it sounds like no one did as Cory Monteith‘s passing has apparently left many confused and in shock.
While Cory had admitted to a past drug problem and even checked into rehab earlier this year, he seemed to be going in the right direction with his life as he was happily in love, healing and staying close with his family. Adam Shankman even commented that he seemed in a wonderful place when he spoke to Cory just HOURS before his death!
It’s still unknown what was the cause of his death, but no matter what, it seems those closest to him have been left uncertain about the whole tragedy.
An insider has revealed what they’re all supposedly feeling right now:
“Everyone is in shock. Everyone is completely crushed. He sounded good ├óΓé¼┬ª Never saw this coming.”
As for Lea Michele, Cory’s girlfriend, her rep already commented that this is a devastating time for her. Another source also echoed that this can’t possibly be easy. They said:
“I can’t even imagine how she is holding up.”
We sincerely hope they’re able to mourn their loss and heal along the way.
