We haven’t met many people who don’t like pets, but until his wife introduced him to dogs, country singer David Nail was one of them.
For as long as he could, he resisted the persistence of his wife, but eventually, she broke him down. He agreed to her that if she could save up enough money (she was a shopaholic), then she could buy a dog.
Nail had no belief that it was going to happen, “a few weeks later, I was in Chicago, and got a text message with a picture of a check, and I knew I was coming home to a dog.”
Today, David’s goldendoodle Charlie is the love of his life, regardless of the fact that, “”she has eaten almost every decent pair of shoes I have.”
Goldendoodle!? What a perfect fit! Teddy is a mini goldendoodle! Can we say play date!?
