We suppose that it was scary at the time for the cast of the Today Show over at NBC, but hearing about it now makes us chuckle a little bit.
Earlier today a weirdo totally jumped the barricade and rushed the cast, shouting that he was “God’s gift to music.”
LOLz!
Charging at people on live TV to tell them that doesn’t seem like the correct way to get ahead in the music business.
Though, it does seem like the right way to get ahead in the “Bat-shizz Insane” business!

“Anchors on NBC’s Today show had a brief scare Tuesday when a man hurled himself over a metal barrier designed to separate fans from the show’s reporters. The incident happened while Meredith Vieira, Al Roker and Willie Geist (who was filling in for Matt Lauer) were live on the air.
The camera cut away amidst the confusion.”
We bet those guys are glad the security team was better than their barricades!
