Looks like Sarah Trigger‘s attorney spoke too soon.
As we’ve mentioned before, Jon Cryer of Two and a Half Men reportedly went to the police claiming that his life was being threatened and told the cops that he thought his ex-wife hired a hitman to kill him.
The ex, Sarah Trigger (who just last year was arrested and booked for felony child neglect) is involved in an ugly custody fight with Cryer over their child together, which he believes might be the root of the problem.
And though Sarah’s attorney stated there was no FBI investigation going on, it seems the feds still decided to go interview Sarah yesterday afternoon.
Sounds like an investigation to us!
Even Cryer’s show is taking it seriously as yesterday’s taping was done on a closed set without an audience and plenty of extra security.
Whatever happens, we hope the threats were just empty ones and that they arrest the douche that issued them to begin with.
