Cuttlefish are some sly rascals!!!!
The snail/squid like mollusks are known for their ability to camouflage with their surroundings, almost instantaneously.
But these masking abilities don’t just come in handy in the ocean….
They also work for the bedroom!…or…mating anyway.
When a female, some male cuttlefish will “cheat” by showing his lady in waiting his male features while showing female colors on the opposite side.
This technique is used to show other suitors that it’s just two girls hanging out!
However, if another male sees through the ruse, then a fight will more than likely ensue.
And the more males that show up, the more likely someone is getting challenging to some fisticuffs!
But, if more than one female is present, the male is knocked off his game!
