D4vd's 'Worst Nightmare' Realized: Best Friend Just Turned On Him Amid Celeste Rivas Death Case!

D4vd’s ‘Worst Nightmare’: Best Friend Just Turned On Him Amid Celeste Rivas Death Case!

We have an update on the ongoing D4vd case.

As mystery continues to shroud the brutal death of teen Celeste Rivas, who was discovered hacked up and decomposing in the trunk of D4vd’s Tesla last September, one missing piece to the puzzle may have just been found…

Last month, D4vd’s close and personal friend Neo Langston was arrested in Montana for failing to appear in court as a witness in the ongoing investigation of Celeste’s death. He was transported to Los Angeles and booked into the Metropolitan Detention Center on $60,000 bail before being bonded out, and showed up before a grand jury shortly after.

Over the weekend, Neo took to his Instagram with scathing messages about the Here With Me singer, whom he referred to as a “dickhead” and promised he has “receipts” on. In one Close Friends Story post obtained by TMZ, he promised:

“Thankfully I’m legally fine in every way, AND BOI DO I GOT ALL MY RECEIPTS FOR THINGS HAHAHAHA”

In a second, he added:

“I think the worst part is that I’ve told so many people that I trust and I thought knew me as a person my side of things, all for that to be thrown out the [f**king] window as soon as I get arrested and they slap that dickhead’s name next to mine.”

The social media personality clarified:

“And for the record, the thing that I was arrested for I wasn’t even charged. They never filed it and my warrant was retracted because there is more to the story than what’s on the news.”

At the time, sources informed the outlet it was all but a lock that the Romantic Homicide singer would be indicted for the murder of Celeste, and noted Neo is a crucial witness for answers regarding her disappearance and how she ended up in the trunk of D4vd’s car. His lawyer told TMZ:

“[Neo] played no part in this heinous crime and he … continues to be wrongfully persecuted in the court of public opinion.”

Now, it’s clear he’s fully turning on D4vd.

On Monday, attorney Mark Geragos, who has worked on the Menendez brothers’ case, revealed to TMZ that he believes Neo’s information could lead to answers in Celeste’s death!

He revealed he believes Neo likely invoked his Fifth Amendment right before a grand jury and may now be negotiating with authorities in exchange for his cooperation… Which as Geragos put it, is the Sleep Well singer’s “worst nightmare.” He told the outlet:

“Neo is now focused on D4vd and he is telling the story as he knows it, and this is D4vd’s worst nightmare.”
