Dakota Mortensen CALLED OUT By Judge For Doing THIS With 2-Year-Old Son During Custody Exchange With Taylor Frankie Paul!

Dakota Mortensen found himself in trouble with the judge in his ongoing custody case with Taylor Frankie Paul!

During a hearing on Wednesday, Commissioner Russell Minas scolded the 33-year-old dad. Why is that? Dakota’s attorney admitted the Unwell Winter Games star drove his 2-year-old son, Ever, on a motorcycle during a custody exchange with Taylor! What the f**k! That is extremely unsafe! Commissioner Minas told Dakota that “we’re not gonna do motorcycles anymore,” ordering the toddler to ride on “nothing with anything less than four wheels, let’s put it that way.”

But Dakota’s attorney fired back that it was only “a short ride on a motorcycle” — or actually an “E-bike” — and Ever “had a helmet.” The lawyer even noted that the kid is wearing a helmet in the exhibit picture, which is why “it’s strange that there was an insistence by Taylor that there’s no helmet” during the “short distance” ride. A source also told People that Dakota “never rode far” with Ever on the bike and stressed he had a helmet for him.

Is this attorney trying to justify Dakota’s actions? Seriously? A 2-year-old doesn’t belong on a motorcycle, E-bike, or whatever, even during a quick trip! God forbid something happens on the roads while Ever is on the bike! It could be deadly, and that’s not an exaggeration! Despite Dakota’s argument, the commissioner doubled down. He said:

“Not with a 2-year-old. Maybe with a 12-year-old. But even then. There’s no point, in my view. Basic safety, we generally require car seat or age-appropriate child restraints. All right.”

We’re glad Minas didn’t back down! We cannot stress enough how dangerous riding around with a 2-year-old on a motorcycle or E-bike is, even for a short distance! You never know what can happen! Watch a clip from the hearing (below):

Elsewhere during the hearing, the commissioner extended TFP’s weekends with Ever through Monday morning. He also ordered Ever to be transported in “enclosed vehicles” with “age-appropriate” safety measures moving forward. Then, Minas reminded Taylor and Dakota not to make disparaging remarks about each other on social media. Uhhh, too late! The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star already went off about both her baby daddies online!

A source close to Taylor told People after the hearing:

“She’s happy to see the judge expand parent time with the limited information available and looks forward to continuing to make progress at the next hearing.”
