Damon Lindelof — of Lost and Prometheus fame — has been tapped to rewrite World War Z for Paramount!
You’d think a movie with Brad Pitt starring and serving as one of the producers there would be very little issues.
Apparently it’s now awaiting signficant reshoots. Lindelof will be focusing on the movie’s third act.
If you don’t know the skinny on WWZ, it’s intended to be a zombie picture with sociological and political overtones — so call it a thinking person’s zombie flick!
We want to see it, but if we’re going to see it, we want it to be perfect.
We’re glad they’re putting this effort into it!
