Actor Thomas Jane (real name Thomas Elliot) was arrested early this morning in Kern County, California for drunk driving.
For those of you that don’t know who TJ is, he was in The Punisher. Yeah, we didn’t watch it either. And, he is married to Patricia Arquette.
Now that we know who he is, Thomas was busted by highway patrol officers and now has two charges against him. He’s been charged with DUI and with having a blood alcohol level of above .08%.
Reports are that Thomas was speeding, which caused the officers to pull him over.
TJ has already been released and has a scheduled arraignment for Wednesday, April 9th.
Thankfully, no one was hurt.
Please people, be responsible. Don’t drink and drive.
