Danielle Staub Is Free To Keep Her Clothes On! Judge Rules In Her Favor In Scores Lawsuit!

Now, some of you might not remember who Danielle is. Let’s refresh your memory:

Well, after her stint on Real Housewives of New Jersey, Danielle took her talents back to her former stomping grounds: a strip club. About a year ago, she signed with Scores to make several appearances for the club, but ended up in hot water with them after they claimed she didn’t live up to her contractual obligations.
The nasty lawsuit has been raging on for the better part of a year, with Scores insisting they be paid $375k from Staub for not taking it all off at their beck and call. However, this afternoon a federal judge in NY ruled in favor of Danielle, stating that Scores failed to show why the reality had a “legal obligation to continue working for the gentlemen’s club after taking a $25k payment to perform in a stripper video in 2010.” The judge insisted that their contract was “vague,” and therefore, didn’t hold up in his court of law.
