Danny Masterson's Accuser Alleges Scientology Is The Reason He Hasn't Been Charged For Sexual Assault Yet

The investigation into Danny Masterson’s rape and sexual assault allegations has seemingly stalled, and one of his five accusers says she knows why.

In a new interview with RadarOnline, the woman, who asked to remain anonymous, blamed the Church of Scientology for holding up the over two year probe she believes should have already resulted in a conviction.

Although law enforcement has “more than enough” evidence to charge and convict The Ranch alum, the woman claimed, the case has been sitting at the D.A.’s office for almost a year collecting dust.

She alleged:

“Charges have been approved all the way up the chain at the LADA’s office since last September. We’ve been told that there is more than enough evidence to not only charge him but to also get a conviction by multiple people. Yet here we are going into July 2019 and our case sits on head DA Jackie Lacey’s desk.”

How come?

The answer is simple, according to the accuser:

“Scientology.”

The alleged victim went on to accuse the controversial organization of being the driving force behind why they haven’t seen justice in a case that doesn’t seem to be going anywhere.

While the woman maintains no one has been successful in taking down the “cult” of Scientology and their “abuses,” she’s making sure the religion’s time of wrecking will come soon enough. The accuser added:

“No one has, yet, to take down the cult and their abuses and coverups. But I think their time is coming. I’m making sure of it. We also have more than enough to take them down.”

A spokesperson for the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office told the outlet the “the case remains under review,” and didn’t elaborate further when Radar pressed about the hold up.

Masterson, who is still a member of the church, has denied all claims he engaged in any misconduct. Three out of the five of his accusers were former Scientologists themselves.

According to actress and Scientology whistleblower Leah Remini, the LAPD has been compromised for some time due to its relationship with the church. The Scientology and the Aftermath host told The Daily Beast in 2017:

“The captain of that department, Cory Palka, goes to the Scientology Celebrity Centre often. There are pictures of him hanging at Celebrity Centre… Scientology is very slick in that it’s partnered in this Police Activities League with the Hollywood division, and every year around Christmas time Celebrity Centre International right on Franklin presents the Hollywood Police Department with a check for this Police Activities League, which gives back to children. What it’s done is it’s aligned itself as per its policies, because there are Scientology policies that say, ‘Safe-point yourself to the area police department because then nobody will attack your good works,’ so it’s all very pointed and calculated.”

Masterson’s career has definitely taken a nosedive since the allegations were made, but he’s yet to face any charges in connection to them.
