Dave Grohl is not enjoying life in the doghouse!
Ever since the rock star revealed he cheated and fathered a child outside of his marriage, he reportedly has been doing everything he can to get things back on track with his wife, Jordyn Blum. Like what? A source told InTouch on Friday that Dave has shown her text messages, apologized constantly to her, and even started going to therapy! It’s a step in the right direction! However, prepare to watch him take three steps back.
According to the InTouch insider, Dave is already frustrated about being on bad terms with Jordyn, is sick of having no freedom, and doesn’t know if he can take it much longer! Excuse us? What! The source explained:
“He’s gone from being rock god to scumbag overnight, it’s changed the dynamic and he hates it. But he’s got to go along if he wants to save his marriage. Jordyn and the kids are his life.”
If Dave didn’t want “the dynamic” to change or to be known as a “scumbag” now, perhaps he should not have cheated on his wife! He has no one to blame but himself for how things are right now! The source continued:
“He admits he was wrong, but he’s under total scrutiny, he has no freedom. He’s offering up phone text messages and constantly apologizing and going to therapy. He’s trying to be a good dad but at the same time it’s frustrating and he doesn’t understand that these things can take months, even years to fix.”
Dave would be so lucky if she’d ever forgave and stayed married to him! Because no one would bash her if she filed for divorce! Not after he allegedly cheated on her with not just one woman but multiple! In fact, they would most likely cheer her on! Girl deserves better than a husband who can’t remain faithful, “rock king” or not! So, if the Foo Fighters frontman truly wants to save his marriage, he can put up with some therapy, the cold shoulder from Jordyn, and give her access to his phone for however long she wants — without complaint! It’s the least he could do at this time when he is the one to break the trust and hurt their family! And if it takes “years” for things to return to normal, so be it!
