David Beckham has just made the top of the list for the richest U.K. athlete, but that doesn’t make him the richest in the world!
Tiger Woods has that on LOCK! Ha!
David’s wealth is nothing to shake a finger at, as he’s reportedly amassed a fortune of over $255 million — not bad! Tiger on the other hand could throw that entire amount into a volcano and still have $575+ million!!
That’s right, Tiger Woods… even after losing a bunch of his sponsors… is still worth over $800 million!
The rankings are based on identifiable wealth, including land, property and other assets, as well as significant shares in publicly quoted companies. So it’s as accurate as it can be, though it might be higher if they’re also selling illegal things on the black market or something! LOLz!
Sadly, not a single female athlete made the this year‘s list. What the hell is up with that??
