CSI Miami star David Caruso has been slammed with a lawsuit by ex-girlfriend and mother of his 2 kids, Liza Marquez.
Marquez is suing for breach of contract/settlement agreement, fraud, and intentional infliction of emotional distress (domestic abuse).
She should have sued him for bitchasness too!
The couple split rather abruptly in 2007, while Marquez was pregnant with their second child. Up until now, Marquez had remained mum on the incident.
If the lawsuit has any merit, it doesn’t speak well of Caruso!
