David and Victoria Beckham are willing to do whatever it takes to make amends with their son Brooklyn, but it may not be so easy.
According to The Cut on Wednesday, the A-lister parents are desperate to be on good terms with their eldest. Because of this, a source close to the family says they’ve made continuous efforts to meet with Brooklyn and his wife, Nicola Peltz — wherever and however they want! And that means if the couple wants lawyers, the Peltz family, a therapist, or a mediator present, they’d be willing to include them. Whoa.
Well, that’s certainly better than the reported ultimatum they gave by saying they’d only reconcile with Brooklyn if “Nicola is out of the picture.” That was never gonna happen! So, this is a nicer offer, but um… we doubt it’ll be that easy for them to win Brooklyn back!

According to a source for The US Sun on Wednesday, the aspiring chef is gearing up for a legal fight to get the rights back to his name! They dished:
“Victoria trademarked the Intellectual Property for his full name in 2016-17 in order to protect him, and ensure no one else could exploit his famous name. It certainly wasn’t a malicious thing, and the view was that Brooklyn could do with it what he wanted in adulthood. But from Brooklyn’s perspective, it was yet another example of control being displayed over him. He feels infantilised and just wants to claw back control over the most simple of things — his name. He is weighing up all his options but no decisions have been made yet.”
Oof.
BTW, Brooklyn previously claimed David and Victoria “repeatedly pressured and attempted to bribe” him into “signing away the rights” to his name before his 2022 wedding, just so they could make a quick buck. Sources have argued the parents were simply trying to “protect his rights” during a deal between Authentic Brands Group and the soccer star’s DB Ventures. This is a sore spot for the family, clearly! A legal battle could make this feud so much worse!
But TBH, regardless of this rights issue, Victoria and David’s reconciliation attempts are probably just wishful thinking at this point, as sad as that is. The 27-year-old has made it very clear that he wants nothing to do with his family right now, so it seems like they might have to wait a little longer for a reconciliation.
