Davy Jones Has Passed Away

A true daydream believer has passed on.
This morning, Davy Jones, beloved lead singer of The Monkees and 60s teen icon, died of a heart attack in Florida. According to his rep, who confirmed the news, the medical examiner’s office for Martin County, Florida received a call from Martin Memorial Hospital informing them that the 66-year-old performer had died early this morning.
Gone too soon. He was a sweet man.
