This is so scary!!!
When a 2-year-old girl was picked up from a day care center in Montrose, CA – her parents noticed she was acting very sleepy and had no energy, so they took her to the hospital.
To the parents’ dismay the doctors revealed the little girl had tested positive for marijuana! And, the girl’s folks think their daughter consumed marijuana at the day care center.
Police soon raided the day care center and found it had no power, the toilets weren’t functioning, there was rat poop everywhere — including on the kids’ toys!!!
Needless to say – the hellish day care was shut down by police.
The owner of the wreck was arrested and charged with suspicion of child neglect – hopefully they keep that scoundrel away from kids for a long time!
