The “satirist” appeared on The View Wednesday to explain herself, and Whoopi Goldberg asked if she was surprised to have offended so many!

“Frankly, I’m the most offended — by my hair in that video. If I would have known it’d go viral…”
Wow. She went on to defend her video as “satire” and therefore not bullying — an argument the ladies of The View were not buying!
