The movie may not be out for another month, but Sex and the City 2 merch is being hawked like crazy!
On May 25th, two days before the movie comes out, the SATC2 soundtrack will be hitting shelves and now we know who we can expect to hear.
Starting out the soundtrack will be Alicia Keys covering Blondie’s Rapture, but with a twist! The song is being mashed up with the movie’s infamous theme song.
Following Alicia will be Jennifer Hudson, but contrary to reports it will NOT be a duet with Leona Lewis.
However, not all is lost. JHud and Leona WILL be collabing together for the movie Love Is Your Color.
The soundtrack will also feature not one but TWO songs by Miz Liza Minnelli including her rendition of Beyonce‘s Single Ladies and Cole Porter‘s Ev’ry Time We Say Goodbye.
And as if the movie doesn’t sound cheesy enough, the soundtrack will also include a song with Carrie, Samantha, Charlotte and Miranda singing Helen Reddy‘s I Am Woman.
Worst. Idea. EVER.
We have a feeling that song will be the karaoke anthem of the summer.
