Deli Sued For “Heart Attack” Sandwich

So basically, this is all really stupid.

2nd Avenue Deli specializes in spoofing healthy food by serving things like the Triple Bypass Burger. And now, the Heart Attack Grill is being sued by them for allegedly ripping off their idea.

The deli’s Instant Heart Attack sandwich is two potato pancakes and a piled-high choice of corned beef, pastrami, turkey or salami. The price: $23.95.

And the NYC Deli wars march onward! LOL!
