Backup Dancer Blamed For Demi Lovato's Alleged Overdose Says Internet Bullying Left Her Depressed And Bed-Ridden

She’s speaking out again.

Demi Lovato‘s backup dancer Dani Vitale, who many blamed for the singer’s reported overdose in July, took to Instagram on Thursday with an emotional statement detailing how the accusations have taken an extremely negative toll on her life.

Dani once again explained she wasn’t with Demi after her birthday party the evening of the incident, and anything else reported should not be believed. In the lengthy post, the performer shared she was “demonized” by the internet, could not leave her house, eat, or sleep. She even hoped she’d go to bed and never wake up.
