This band is Confident that Demi Lovato ripped off their song!
Demi’s new album has no shortage of pop-tastic power jams, but one of the record’s bonus tracks Stars might sound a little familiar!
That’s because rock band Sleigh Bells thinks the track clearly sampled not one, but TWO of their songs — without their permission!

On Monday, they called out Demz on Twitter, writing:
.@ddlovato Demi Lovato flattered you guys sampled Infinity Guitars & Riot Rhythm for “Stars” but we were not contacted. Gotta clear those.

Yikes!
This isn’t the first song on the 23-year-old’s album that has been accused of thievery!
Earlier this year, Katy Perry fans called out the former Disney star for stealing the girl-on-girl cherry lips kissing theme of Cool For the Summer from Katy’s 2008 hit I Kissed A Girl!
Demi responded to that accusation, but we have a feeling this controversy will be a lot harder to refute!
The tracks DO sound very similar to us. Take a listen to Infinity Guitars and Riot Rhythm and compare them to Stars (below) to see if you agree!
