She added the caption:

“Cause sometimes you gotta send yourself flowers… #selflove.”

As we reported, the musician split from boyfriend Henry Levy after dating for four months.
Despite initial reports that said he was her sober companion, that does not appear to be the case.
The 26-year-old and the designer were first linked back in November before making their relationship IG official by the end of December.
Amid their relationship, in February 2019, a source via TheShadeRoom said Lovato checked herself back into rehab at a facility in Hawaii. Reportedly, Demi was pushed over the edge regarding criticism she faced over her comments about 21 Savage, after deactivating her Twitter over the controversy.
Most recently though, it was actually revealed she sought treatment not because she relapsed, but because she wanted to further her own wellbeing.
In case you don’t remember, in July 2018, the singer suffered an apparent overdose at her Hollywood Hills house. She was hospitalized for two weeks, and subsequently entered an in-patient rehab facility.
That August, Lovato broke her silence by writing on social media:

“I have always been transparent about my journey with addiction. What I’ve learned is that this illness is not something that disappears or fades with time. It is something I must continue to overcome and have not done yet,. I want to thank God for keeping me alive and well. I now need time to heal and focus on my sobriety and road to recovery. The love you have all shown me will never be forgotten and I look forward to the day where I can say I came out on the other side. I will keep fighting.”

And just this month, an ET insider said Demi “is still sober and committed to her sobriety,” adding:

“She has hit a couple bumps in the road and had to return to the inpatient facility for short stints, but for the past 30 days she has been on her own and doing really well.”

You got this, Demi!
