Demi Lovato is on the mend and in the care of addiction professionals.
On Monday morning, TMZ revealed Demi was discharged from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center on Saturday and took a private plane to an undisclosed rehab facility outside of California.

This makes sense since the singer addressed her addiction for the first time on Sunday following her apparent overdose last month.
The former Disney star will be in the program for an “extended” period. We’re wishing her the best in what’s sure to be a difficult recovery journey.
