It was going to happen. We all knew it deep down. All the counseling and the getaways can’t save a marriage when the trust is broken. We just didn’t want it to be so.
Demi Moore has released a statement, announcing that she plans to end her 6-year marriage to Ashton Kutcher.
Her official statement reads:
“It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that I have decided to end my six-year marriage to Ashton. As a woman, a mother and a wife there are certain values and vows that I hold sacred, and it is in this spirit that I have chosen to move forward with my life. This is a trying time for me and my family, and so I would ask for the same compassion and privacy that you would give to anyone going through a similar situation.”
Ashton has yet to release his own statement, but we imagine it’s on it’s way.
We’re sorry to see it end like this, but perhaps it is the best for everyone. Now, maybe the truth about everything can finally come out.
