Australian based Pacific Magazines is not having a g’day.
Demi Moore is suing them for publishing pictures of her and her daughter, Rumer Willis, that were taken at a private party she held in 2008. She is seeking unspecified damages.
Both parties declined to comment further on the issue.
Demi and Ashton have a lot on their plate right now — fighting off rumors of cheating and suing a magazine.
