Denise Richards and Aaron Phypers are getting divorced!
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Aaron filed for divorce on Monday in Los Angeles — and he listed July 4 as the date of separation. He said “irreconcilable differences” are the reason for the breakup. Oof.
The couple have been married for six years after tying the knot in September 2018 and have both gone through divorces before — the actress with Charlie Sheen and the businessman with Nicollette Sheridan. While they don’t share any minor children (though Denise is a mother to three), this could still be a tricky split. Aaron’s already fighting for money!

In the filing, he asked for spousal support from his ex, who he claims makes over $250,000 a month from OnlyFans, TV, brand deals, and appearances. He claims he has no income at this time.
The court papers also break down some of the pair’s spending habits, estimating they blow through an average of $105,000 a month! This includes $20K on clothes, $18K on rent, $15K on eating out, $15K on entertainment, $10K on groceries, and $8K on utilities. Wowza. And the Wild Things star has been paying the bill for all of this!
Meanwhile, Aaron also wants the court to confirm that some of their assets belong to him, such as power tools, a 2018 Indian Dark Horse motorcycle, and a Ford Shelby GT500. Denise has not reacted to the split at this time.
