This is a side of Dennis Rodman that not many people have seen.
Dennis has just been inducted into the basketball Hall of Fame, and in a moving speech, he talks about how his public life affected him and his family, and shows a lot of gratitude towards those who helped him get to that level in his career.
“I didn’t play the game for the money. I didn’t play the game to be famous. What you see here is more just an illusion that I love to just be an individual that’s very colorful.”
It really it a heartfelt speech, and it’s wonderful to see him so humble.
Check out the video of the speech above. It’s almost 13 minutes, but it’s worth it.
Congrats, Dennis!
