Desperate Housewives Trial Leaning 8-4, Qualified As Deadlock

Nicollette Trial
Apparently the Desperate Housewives trial is ‘hopelessly’ deadlocked, despite it leaning 8-4 in one of the directions.
We just don’t know which.
So the judge has sent the jurors home to think about it all over the weekend to see if they can’t come up with a decision on Monday — if not, there will be a mistrial.
The whole thing is about ‘lost back salary of nearly $6 million as well as potential punitive damages.’
Nicollette Sheridan thinks she was written off the hit show in retaliation for complaining about a September 2008 fight with Marc Cherry.
Still, with the judges’ comments, the jury has little hope of reaching agreement.
It’s weird to think that he wouldn’t let it have a shot, though, because a civil trial only needs 9 votes for a verdict, meaning only ONE person needs to have a mind change!
The one reason given to us is that the judge said she was told that the jurors are all voting exactly as they did on the first day on Friday.
We’ll see if the weekend has any effect!
Which way do U think they’re leaning??
