Jennifer Aniston is moving on up — to the West Village.
Jen reportedly purchased a large one-bedroom penthouse apartment in NYC’s West Village.
The penthouse unit was previously owned by famed hairstylist Sally Hershberger who had the location renovated by architect Brad Floyd and was decorated by designer Joe D’Urzo.
As for Jen’s purchase price, it wasn├óΓé¼Γäót cheap for the 18th floor apartment as she also purchased another one-bedroom unit on the 17th floor with plans to combine both units.
The total price — $8 million!
People were recently saying they thought Mark Zuckerberg spent too much for his $7 million Palo Alto mansion, but at least his place features several bedrooms and is 5,600 sq ft.
Jen’s new pad will have two bedrooms and be 2,700 sq ft. It also features a wrap around terrace with panoramic views of the city.
Overpaying much? Or worth the price for the location?
