According to the divorce documents filed by Ben Harper on Friday, the singer claims to have been separated from actress Laura Dern since New Year’s Day.
It’s extremely odd, considering the two have been living and traveling together all year.
But a good reason to falsify that date is for the ca$h. Once a couple legally separates, each individual’s income becomes their own – and Harper makes way more than his wifey!
