Kate Middleton and Prince William will wed on the morning of April 29th – and more details have just been revealed about the big day!
For instance, Kate will arrive to the 11 a.m. ceremony at Westminster Abbey in a car and leave with William in what the palace calls “a Processional Route in a carriage procession.”
The service will be followed by a reception given by Queen Elizabeth. Later in the day, Prince Charles host a private dinner and dance at the palace for the couple’s family and friends.
And on the night before the wedding, the Kate will stay overnight in central London at either Clarence House or a private address. Her route to the ceremony will take her past The Mall, the Horse Guards Parade, Whitehall and Parliament Square.
The Dean of Westminster, the Very Rev. Dr. John Hall, will conduct the service and the Archbishop of Canterbury, Dr. Rowan Williams, will marry the couple. The Bishop of London Dr. Richard Chartres, a friend of Prince Charles and the family, will give the address.
The guest list is still being finalized and the invitations have not gone out yet.
