Dev is showing some skin this Spring Break!
The singer showed up to day 2 of MTV’s SB festivities at the Palms Resort in Vegas looking stylish and weather appropriate in a breezy sheer top that not only shows off her inked arm, but her black bra as well.
As for the shoes? They may not work with any other outfit, but we are loving them with this ensemble!
