More blood. More killings. More Dexter!
After some lengthy negotiating, Michael C. Hall and Showtime have inked a new deal together.
With Hall attached, the network has ordered two more seasons of Dexter Morgan and “friends” to return. Dexter has been nominated for numerous awards and is one of most acclaimed shows on television.
Season 6 is the highest rated yet with season-to-date weekly viewers at 5.12 million.
With the renewal, seasons 7 and 8 will premiere in 2012.
