We guess Charlie Sheen‘s rep was onto something when he stated, “Appearance and reality can be as different as night and day”!
As we reported earlier, Sheen was arrested on Christmas morning in Aspen, CO after his wife, Brooke Mueller, called 911 and claimed the Two and a Half Men actor choked her!
But now Brooke is telling a different story!!
Mueller has reportedly confessed the domestic abuse claim was a lie – in fact, she was drunk as fuck when she made the call!
Police tested both Charlie and Brooke’s BACs when they arrived on the scene, and while Sheen only blew a .04, Mueller blew a .13!!
Close to twice the legal limit!
At 8:43 in the morning!!!!
Sheen allegedly told the police he was “trying to defend himself” against his wife and that she provoked the entire situation.
Aspen Police have stated that they will continue on with the case, and Sheen is due back in court on February 8th.
