A brand new wave of lawsuits against Diddy have just emerged… And prepare yourself, because this is disturbing stuff.
Six lawsuits have officially been filed by Tony Buzbee, the attorney who said he’s representing 120 alleged victims of Diddy. And in the suits, absolutely horrifying alleged crimes are detailed. Out of the six total lawsuits filed, four of the plaintiffs are men, and two are women. Perhaps the most shocking of them comes from an unidentified man who claimed in his filings that he was molested by Diddy at just 16 years old.
Whoa…
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the plaintiff claims he was invited to one of Diddy’s White Parties in the Hamptons in 1998. There, he says he mingled and took a photo with the Bad Boy Records founder. But things went south as Diddy allegedly took interest in the minor and brought him to a private area. The I’ll Be Missing You rapper allegedly told the plaintiff he had the right look to make it big in the music industry with a little help. And then he allegedly instructed the boy to drop his trousers and reveal his penis and testicles for examination. Uhhh, WHAT????
According to the plaintiff, Diddy told him it was a rite of passage and asked, “Don’t you want to break into the business?” The boy then complied and dropped his trousers exposing his genitals, which he claims Diddy fondled and squeezed.
That is just completely awful in all cases. And especially at 16 YEARS OLD! A teen! A MINOR!!!

In a second lawsuit obtained by the outlet, another man claimed he worked security for one of Diddy’s White Parties in 2006, where he believes he was drugged with a drink laced with GBH and/or Ecstasy. He claimed in the lawsuit that he became “extremely ill and leaned against his truck for support.” At that point, Diddy allegedly approached him to ask if he was okay before forcing him into a van. Then, inside the van, the plaintiff claims Diddy held him down and forcibly sodomized him, which resulted with semen leaking out of his anus.
Holy S**T!
A third man filed a lawsuit obtained by the outlet claimed he worked for Ecko Clothing in 2008, around the same time “Macy’s had just signed a multi-million-dollar deal” with Sean John, Diddy’s clothing line. He claimed he ran into the disgraced rapper and bodyguard in a Macy’s stockroom, where he was struck in the head — possibly with a pistol — and knocked to his hands and knees. Amid threats such as “I’ll kill you,” Diddy allegedly instructed the plaintiff to “Suck my d**k, Ecko,” in reference to the plaintiff’s employment. Diddy then allegedly orally raped him for two minutes while pulling on the plaintiff’s hair and asking him, “You like that, white boy?” He later went out to the sales floor and greeted fans “as if nothing had happened,” according to the filings reviewed by the New York Post.
WTF!
A fourth man filed a lawsuit after an incident which allegedly occurred at an event in October 2021 in New York. The plaintiff claims in the filings obtained by the outlets that he became disoriented after consuming a drink and tried to find a “safe space.” He recalls hearing a male voice say, “Hold on,” and the next thing he remembers is feeling paralyzed in a bedroom where at least three men “began to sexually assault him through sodomy and other forced acts.” The filings state:
“He distinctly recalls seeing [Diddy] above him, naked, at one point during the assault.”
The plaintiff claimed he remains in therapy to this day to help manage the trauma, which he thinks about frequently.
There are two more lawsuits, both filed by women. In one reviewed by the New York Post, the plaintiff claimed she was sexually assaulted by Diddy during a 1995 event for Biggie Smalls’ music video One More Chance. She claimed Diddy asked to have a word with her in private, before leading her into a bathroom. There, he allegedly began kissing her. She claims she asked him to slow down, but that he “advanced aggressively” by “slamming her head against the wall.” She fell to the ground before attempting to escape, but Diddy allegedly struck her again and then “lifted her dress and raped her.” After which, he allegedly told her:
“You better not tell anyone about this, or you will disappear.”
She claims the trauma haunts her to this day, and that she’s kept it a secret for years “fearing retaliation.”
Finally, another woman claims in filings obtained by TMZ that she was a 19-year-old college freshman in Brooklyn when she and a friend were invited to an exclusive Diddy party at the Marriott hotel. When they arrived, security allegedly ushered them into a private room. When asked where they were being taken, the security guard allegedly responded, “You know what you are here for.” Diddy then entered the room and instructed the teens to drink alcohol and do cocaine. The plaintiff claims she didn’t want to, and Diddy started to become aggressive with her friend. He then allegedly demanded them to perform oral sex on him and said he’d kill them if they didn’t. The plaintiff says her friend agreed, and that Diddy denied their claims to leave.
He then allegedly forced the plaintiff to undress before sexually assaulting her. She claims she was crying as the door to the bedroom opened and a security guard asked if everything was okay. At that point, she says her friend darted out of the room, but that she could not because Diddy was allegedly on top of her. The embattled rapper then apparently got off her to speak with the security guard and told her to stay put or else he’d kill her. Thirty minutes later, a separate security guard allegedly entered the room and told her she could leave — and she took a taxi straight back to her dorm.
She’s also suing Bad Boy Corporations and Marriott International, as attorney Buzbee says the hotel management was aware of Diddy’s conduct, but “looked the other way.”
This is all so disturbing. It’s not clear what sort of damages the plaintiffs are seeking, but there’s surely more stories to come if this is just six out of the 120 cases that Buzbee is handling…
