Diddy has been hit with another horrific lawsuit amid his sex trafficking trial — and this time, his son is involved.
As the Bad Boy Records founder’s trial continues, another woman has separately come forward claiming MORE disturbing allegations against the rapper, and she says Justin Combs was the one who orchestrated it. According to the legal docs, obtained by Page Six on Thursday, a woman from Louisiana alleges back in 2017 she was coerced by Justin into coming to California, where she says she was brutally “gang raped” by Diddy and other “masked men.” Terrifying…

The unnamed lawsuit filer says the music mogul’s son, who was 24 at the time, started to communicate with her through Snapchat where he allegedly asked for some sexy photos, and she agreed. Through their chatting, she says he ended up promising her a job in the entertainment industry and name-dropped his dad as someone who could use his connections to help her break out into stardom.
In the legal filings, she said just a few days after she sent Justin the NSFW pics, he asked her to come to El Lay to discuss her career. She flew out and was picked up by a driver and taken to a Beverly Hills home where she spent the night with the now-31-year-old. She also said nothing happened other than the fact they “relaxed” and “talked” — but when she asked if they’d be leaving the house, Justin allegedly said “no.”
One of the following days, per the suit, the woman claims Justin offered her alcohol, pills, “poppers,” and marijuana she now thinks was laced. This is where things get absolutely stomach-churning…
After taking the drugs, the woman claims three men in masks — one of whom she says was Puff — came into the home. She detailed knowing it was the A-lister because of his “mannerisms” and by the way his son kept calling him “Pops.” They allegedly escorted her to a bedroom, where she claims they chillingly told her:
“You better let this happen. Or else.”
Just awful.
From there, she claimed the men took turns raping her. She alleged the “brutal gang-rape” took place from late Saturday to around mid-afternoon on Sunday. She was subsequently taken to the airport and returned home on Monday. Sickening.
Of course, Diddy’s lawyers are denying these allegations, despite this being only one of SO many lawsuits he’s been slammed with in the last few years. The attorney said in a statement:
“No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor. We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”
Our thoughts are with the woman who filed this lawsuit. May she get the justice she deserves.
